The Youngstown Red Zone was founded by Maurice Clarett in 2016 with the purpose to provide members of the community who are struggling with mental health, behavioral health, and substance use concerns, a safe space to seek services without judgment and the opportunity to build a support system that enables community members to achieve thier identified goals.

It is the mission of The Red Zone to become a leading proivder of client centered mental health and addiciton services treatment programming and two provide comprehensive, culturally inclusive, and cutting-edge treatment services that empower clients to be their own agent to change by obtaining the necessary tools and coping skills to defeat the cycle of abuse of substances and alcohol to reach one's full potential.

We offer school and community based mental health services from licensed socal workers and qualified behavoiral health specialists. Our Recovery Services include individual counseling, intensive outpatient programing, group theapy and case management.
