  • Maurice Clarett (Owner President)

    At Youngstown Red Zone, our philosophy is centered around personalized care that addresses the unique needs of each patient. We believe in taking a holistic approach to healthcare that considers the physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing of our patients.

  • Dominic Mancini MBA (Executive Officer)

    Dominic Mancini has been with The Red Zone for 6 years and has been an intrical part of the operational improvements throughout his time at The Red Zone. He is a very compassionate, driven leader who cares about employees and clients. He has a vast array of business and non-profit business experience.

  • Emma Barry (Clinical Supervisor)

    Emma has been a member of The Red Zone since 2016. Throughout her employment, she has provided individual, group, and family counseling services throughout Mahoning and Columbiana Counties. She received a Bachelor of Criminology and Justice Studies from Kent State University (2013) and holds a Master of Social Work from The University of Akron (2016). She is a Licensed Independent Social Worker with a Supervision Designation. In 2020, Emma was promoted to Clinical Supervisor. She currently supervises our Mental Health Department and Substance Use Department.

  • Dr. Jamie Brant (Clinical Executive Director )

    Dr. Jamie Brant Phd, has been with The Red Zone for 4 years and is responsible for our Substance Use Disorder Program. Her compassion and direction for those in recovery is what drives the results from our program.

  • Nicolette Bleacher (Human Resources & New Business Initiatives)

  • Michael Butch (Director of Schools)

    Description goes her Michael J. Butch offers more than 40 years of experience in youth development and education, he actively devotes his time to assisting with the development of dynamic programming to drive The Red Zone’s mission to improve the quality of life of its members.

    Butch’s passion for youth and adult mental and behavioral policies was sparked during his tenure as athletic supervisor in 1981. Within his role in throughout the Mahoning County he earned a breadth of knowledge on combating the acute mental and behavioral health needs of youth by addressing key environmental factors instrumental in diagnosis.
